With this convenient location you are steps to the East Ruskin private residential beach access and just one block to the Seaside Amphitheater, air stream row, the many shops, and several dining options. This newer construction guest cottage has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout.The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent marble bathroom. The bathroom has a marble single vanity and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The second floor features the living room and a modern kitchenette with gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops and two drawer fridge (kitchenette does not have a freezer). The living room has designer furnishing throughout, a wall mounted smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Juliette balcony overlooking 30A and the treetop views. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit! Seasuite is the perfect cottage to enjoy a private getaway all within steps to everything Seaside, Florida and the beach!* 3 night minimum year round; 2 night minimum winter.
