We are located 2 miles from Sullivan’s Island, 4 miles from Isle of Palms, 1 mile from Shem Creek and 4.6 miles from downtown Charleston!We have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have 3 queen beds and 2 full size in the upstairs room. This bedroom has low head room and is more of a loft/children’s room, but it can certainly accommodate adults for sleeping. It has a 5 foot center.We have a great screened in back porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. We also have a large back deck with a teak table and umbrella that seats up to 8 people.The lower deck is a great sitting area for evenings around the fire pit. There is an outdoor television for movies under the stars or watch your favorite sports at the bar while having a barbeque! We also have an enclosed outdoor hot water shower for the adventurous kind! 🙂 This is noted as our 3rd bathroom, but please be aware it is only a shower.We live in a very quiet neighborhood and we are within walking distance to 8 restaurants/bars, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy and shops.
