THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO BEGIN A SUMMER OR FALL FULL OF GREAT MEMORIES.’GOLDEN MILE’GETS ITS MEANING FROM A BEAUTIFUL BEACH THAT YOU CAN WALK FOR MILES AND UNBELIEVABLE SUNSETS. SOUTH HAVEN BEACHES WERE RATED ONE OF THE TOP 10 BEACHES IN THE MIDWEST BY THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE.THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM LAKE MICHIGAN,AND BETWEEN TWO PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS THAT ARE APPROXIMATELY A HALF A BLOCK AWAY.IT WAS RECENTLY REMODELED FOR SUMMER OR WINTER WITH A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN, A GAS FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM, AS WELL AS TWO LARGE BEDROOMS AND ONE SMALLER ONE. THE BASEMENT ALSO HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED.THERE IS A VERY SPACIOUS FINISHED BASEMENT TO PLAY GAMES OR JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH T.V. OR A MOVIE.ALL OF THE ROOMS HAVE CEILING FANS, AS WELL AS CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT. THE FRONT PORCH IS GREAT FOR RELAXING WITH A CUP OF COFFEE, READING OR CHECKING YOUR E-MAIL; WE ARE WIRELESS. OUTSIDE, YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BARBECUE AS WELL AS A DECK THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE GARAGE. THERE IS A BACKYARD WITH A FIRE PIT AND PLENTY OF FIREWOOD, WHICH IS SHARED WITH TWO SMALLER COTTAGES LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY.WITH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA, THERE IS PLENTY TO DO. FROM BOATING, BIKING, GOLFING, WINE TASTING, ART FAIRS, AND PLENTY OF ANTIQUING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, PLUS OTHER ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
