This beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen so you have all the necessities if you choose to dine in. There is a large granite peninsula with plenty of seating to sit and share stories of your day while you enjoy your meal. There is a cozy corner reading nook in the living room or a reading light over the bed for those who want to wind down with a good read. Your host will have a welcome cooler with goodies waiting for you on your arrival.The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Barefoot Sunrise. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating…as well as a volleyball area…all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. There’s free internet and an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see…there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you’ll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy’s on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn.
