Description

LOCATION: The cottage is located in Chatham’s old village, just a block from the ocean. The closest beach is Andrew Harding’s and that connects to Lighthouse Beach. It’s close enough to return home for lunch. NEW: The house was completely rebuilt in 2017 by a local builder, PSD. The house has a great design, high-quality workmanship and updated amenities. The gourmet kitchen opens to a generously sized family room with sofas and a dining table for 8. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one king and one with 2 twins) each with an ensuite marble bathroom. The lower level has a mudroom for beach stuff, a lovely well lit queen bedroom, full bath, laundry and a tv room with daybed.THE YARD: The back door leads to a slate patio, table chairs, grill and a lush yard. We have beach chairs for your use
