Close to downtown (1.7 miles) Barton Springs (0.7 miles) and Lady Bird Lake Trail.This comfy cozy rental has a private entrance, patio, small backyard, and parking for up to 3 cars. Rental includes access to outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, mini put put green, grill, and fire pit. Back yard is a shared space w/owner.. who is rarely home.This 350 square foot unit has a brand new plush queen mattress that pulls down and up for more space and the couch pulls out into a double sized bed to sleep up to 4 guests. Laundry in unit as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. Brand new TV has Netflix HBO Max and mirror play. Everything you need and more for a short stay in the best neighborhood in the Austin Area.
