NEWLY Built in 2016 and designed by the owner for short term rentals. You will be invited to a fully fenced in property with one car garage that greets you with all of the modern amenities you would want in your home away from home. When you walk through the door you will be greeted with a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. Go out the backdoor to your completely private backyard sanctuary with two rocking chairs, full patio set, an electric grill for a fun BBQ, and outdoor games. Upstairs you have TWO bedrooms (one with a comfy Queen Bed with 12″ Hybrid Mattress and the other acts as an office or another sleeping room with Murphy Bed that has a comfy 10-in. Gel and Aloe Vera Hybrid Full Mattress-NO SOFA BED!). Don’t forget about your upstairs balcony with two Adirondack chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or watch people go to our next door neighbor restaurants/bars like La BBQ, Juniper, Love Birds, and Wow Poke Food Truck!
