Property is a charming newly furnished one bedroom English basement with a queen-size bed in the BR; queen-size sleep sofa in the living room, dining area with table and 4 chairs; TV with dvd player, & wifi. Full disclosure: the WIFI is ok, but may not be strong enough to support streaming. Currently there is no cable TV but there is a DVD player.Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, coffee-maker, wine opener & many glasses.Bathroom, hair-dryer, fully air conditioned, stocked with essentials for your comfort.1 Parking pass provided for street parking.There are narrow stairs down into apartment, please be careful with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
