It is well suited for guests looking for a quiet getaway vacation. House is NOT suitable for parties and therefore parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests respect neighbors with 9:00pm quite hours outdoors. Guests who ultimately disturb neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.All new furniture with hotel linens – we understand what today’s travelers want in a house, so no need to be nervous, all our furniture will be brand new and mattresses encased for allergy-free sleeping! All rugs have been removed and modern floors installed to allow for a clean feel.Each bedroom has a king bed, great retreat for couples or beds large enough to double up kids. There’s also 2 memory foam queen sofa’s and a nook in the loft with a twin for kids.All 2 1/2 bathrooms completely updated and renovated for a more modern look.2 new flat screen TV’s. One 65″ in the main living room and a separate 55″ one in the upstairs loft with a PS4 so the kids can enjoy their own fun.Parking for 4 vehicles maximum.
