Just steps from the beach and ocean, the complex contains newly modernized elevators and is a short walk to many of Sea Isle’s outstanding restaurants, great shopping, and the bandstand /entertainment area at JFK and the beach. The condo is nicely furnished and has direct access to the popular Promenade and beach via a large, common deck. The unit has assigned, off street parking for 2 vehicles in the covered garage; also included with the unit is a ground level lockable storage area for tenants to store bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The first level of the condo contains the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and large closet; half bath; remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area; family room with flat screen TV and of course, outstanding views of the beach and ocean through the large patio door access to the deck (largest in the building) outfitted with patio table – seating for 8 – and lounge chairs.Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in the second level spacious master suite with a queen bed, flat screen TV, furnished private balcony, and recently renovated en-suite bathroom with shower. The second upstairs bedroom is also very large, with a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet as well as a sitting area with trundle bed for added sleeping accommodations. The second floor also features a remodeled full bath with tub for bathing the kids. The owner provides 4 beach tags for tenant to use during their stay, they MUST stay with the unit. Comcast cable and internet is provided but may not be compatible with tenant technology. Come check out this desirable condo in an outstanding location with great beach views.
