This tastefully decorated condo is located in the heart of Beach Haven. On the corner of N Bay Avenue and Dock you are a a few minute walk to the Beach and to all that Beach Haven offers. Only a five minute walk to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. We supply 5 beach badges and 4 beach chairs. There is a 50″ smart TV (Amazon fire TV) in the living room and both bedrooms have brand new smart TV’s as well (32″ and 42″). All rooms have full cable and we have high speed internet.There is a Queen Bed bedroom and a Bunk room with a full size bottom bunk, twin top and twin trundle. Bedrooms and living room all have air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is plenty of closet space with closets in both bedrooms and a closet in Living Room.The kitchen is adorable and fully stocked. Condo is perfect for a family, a few couples or a group of friends.We just closed on this property in early July but have been renting other properties on VRBO for 10 years and our goal is to provide all the comforts of home!
