We are and a adult only property and you won’t find a better location than this! Walk a few blocks and you are in heart of downtown Palm Springs!This quaint property has three individual cottages, all newly renovated and decorated by a local well-known designer. Each casita comes with their own private yard, hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture, along with a private entrance. The shared 8-foot, full-sized pool is always heated, however, each cottage has their own pool entrance and there is ample patio furniture, for your enjoyment. The vintage exterior neon signs set the perfect vacation mood, come be taken away from it all. No need to bring pool floats or an outdoor speaker as we have piped in music by the pool and pool floats for your enjoyment. Inside your spacious 750 square foot one bedroom cottage, you will find all the amenities one could expect. We have provided you with ALEXA in your living room, kitchen and bedroom so there is no need to bring your own speaker for music. Your Spanish Adobe cottage was built in the 1930’s and is newly renovated, both inside and out. There are beautiful hand-crafted vaulted open-beam, paneled ceilings, for that spacious feeling. All of your kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line and your kitchen is well-stocked with the “gourmet chef” in mind. You will not find mix-matched silverware and plates in this cottage, but instead you will find all the kitchen amenities imaginable, inclusive of the basic garlic press to a Kitchen Aid, stand-alone mixer. As you relax in your cozy living room, you will find a 50″ TV, complete with an Roku. With Roku you can rent movies, play music, sign into your own Netflix account and many other entertainment selections. In the bedroom, you will find a 30″ TV and a very comfortable bed, complimented by fine linens. The re-modeled bathroom includes a full-sized marbled shower. No need to wait for someone else to finish their laundry, as you have a full sized steam- washer and steam-dryer, right in your cottage. You will not be disappointed, as it is our mission to bring you the “Comforts of Home” in beautiful Palm Springs! It will be our pleasure to serve you and make your experience one to remember.
