Looking for an affordable property with a great location then this is it!We are located about a mile from Bridgewater Plaza, grocery stores, several boat ramps and restaurants. Enjoy our large dock for fishing, swimming or just hanging out ! The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with it’s own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size and twin bed and shares a hall bath. Have dinner on the back deck complete with a gas grill. Located on a private cove lot with over an acre of land you will have plenty of room to park boat trailers. The path to the water is a gentle slope leading to the large dock and sandy beach. A swing on the dock is a perfect place to enjoy the lake and the view. The large dock is available with the property but we keep our boat in the lift however there is plenty of space to tie up your boat at the floating dock.If you are looking for affordable and convenient then this is the place for you. Just a note about the walk to the water since we have had a few comments on it. From the house to the water is approximately 280′ it is not a steep grade as some on the lake are but also not a flat lot!We are pet friendly but please just let us know in advance.
