Located in the highly desirable SOMA (South of Main Street) district, this 2 bed 1 bath seriously over-delivers on vacation fun. Three beaches nearby (.4 Miles to Keyes Beach, .4 Miles to Veterans Beach, .6 Miles to Kalmus Beach), less than a mile to Main Street, close to the ferries to the Islands (.8 miles to Hyannis Harbor) the list of reasons to book this property goes on and on.Inside the home you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath. In the living room, there is a pull out double bed sofa. The open concept main room also has a dining table for six people, and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal. A washer and dryer is tucked into the corner, and a workspace desk is outside the bedrooms if you must get some work done while on vacation… but you won’t have time! Outside is where you will be truly impressed! The deck features a sitting area, dining area and a gas grill. At the back of the oversized, fenced in yard in a wood burning fire-pit and chairs.On top of all this, the home comes equipped with plenty of things to make your vacation stay easier. All linens and towels are provided, beach chairs are provided, outdoor shower is waiting, propane for the grill is provided and fun is mandatory.Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat. rentals during the peak season only. Three night stays available in the shoulder seasons at a reduced rate. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
