On the Course & a 5 minute ride to the BEACH!The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, cozy yet modern – 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have a keypad on the front door.We have amazing mattresses (we travel a lot and know how important a good night sleep is) All smart TVs, comfortable patio set on an oversized, private balcony, to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, with excellent walking paths and or biking (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach, Golf Courses and the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf… you name it!My husband and I love the beach on 38th Ave (5 minute drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time.
