Right in town, freshly renovated, near everything u need!This newly renovated 2 bedroom house is a stone’s throw from the ferry terminal, main street, restaurants & beaches in Vineyard Haven. Step outside and you’re just steps away from downtown and everything the port community of Vineyard Haven has to offer. The house itself was gut renovated in the summer of 2020, and then professionally furnished, decorated & landscaped soup to nuts. 2 bedrooms w/ two queen beds, comfortably sleeps two couples.Although the house isn’t directly on the water, it’s only one block away from the Vineyard Haven harbor & local beaches, so the house has been decorated and furnished w/ a beach house feel. The house was renovated to accommodate either short term or long terms stays year-round, so there is a full kitchen, central heat & air conditioning, laundry machine, and everything else you would expect in a “home.” There is also a large private stone patio in the back of the house with seating, ambiance and an outdoor shower with a rain head fixture.
