These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. As the pools are outside, we have them set for 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through April 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 2-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.Pets must be approved in advance.No more than 2 small dogs.Quiet Hours 10 PM – 8 AMNo VAPING of any kind in the houseNo events with guests not staying at the house.Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef’s, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.— These are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner— By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
