Locke Mountain Q-2 – Sunday River TownhouseThe townhome is on three levels. The main living area is located on the second level, which includes a large mudroom that allows for generous storage of ski gear. The sunny living room is furnished with an oversized, cozy sectional and two comfortable chairs. There is also a 60″ HD smart TV, DVD player, and plenty of board games and puzzles. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking meals. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. A bar height counter provides seating for an additional 6 people. The deck off of the family room includes a gas grill.The third level features a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and a private full bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with one queen bed. There is a second full bath off the hallway.The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, along with a full bathroom. There is a rec room with a smart TV and large sectional couch, which makes a great “kids only” space for family getaways. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer as well as a foosball table.The Locke Mountain community also has a private complex located just up the road from our unit (a 5 minute walk) with a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as an indoor sauna, changing rooms, and a roomy lounge with a fireplace, games and a TV.In the summer months, practice your swing at the nearby Sunday River Golf Club, hike up to Frenchman`s swimming hole, explore amazing mountain biking/hiking trails or browse local crafts at the farmers` market in nearby Bethel.There is a Level 2 Tesla charger available at the unit for guest use.Entry / Check-InKeyless keypad entry, direct contactless check-in.LinensLinens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.Coffee / Coffee MakerTraditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided.
