Please be respectful to the property.• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters.
