In addition to the fully stocked modern kitchen and king size main bed you’ll appreciate the queen size wall/murphy bed in the living room so everyone can get a good night sleep and be ready to enjoy the day. We are also one of the only 1 bedroom units with a permanent 9,000 BTU air conditioner to keep you cool at night at no extra charge. Everything is ready for your fabulous beach vacation.Our 1 bedroom (580 sq ft) ground floor unit is only steps to the ocean and a quiet sandy beach. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing or just relaxing in the sun. The condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and boogie board for your enjoyment.From the fully furnished lanai you can watch the whales (in season), the sea turtles (who often rest on the beach in the afternoon), and enjoy the magnificent sunsets every evening.The condo is in a quiet picturesque 36 unit complex 1 block off the main road. There is a pool, 6 barbeques, and assigned free parking. Just a 10 minute walk and you’ll find shopping and a farmers market.Air conditioning, parking, resort fees, and additional guests are all included in your nightly rate.We love Maui and spend our vacations here.
