The Cabin sits on a 7-acre property, with two acres designated to the cabin itself. You will experience the authenticity of the Texas hill country, to include some of the best views in Texas. The property is gated and allows for privacy and seclusion while still close to local destinations such as the lake, Whitewater amphitheater, the Guadalupe – you name it.First Floor:The downstairs cabin has 1 king bed, as well as 1 queen murphy bed (i.e., the dresser converts into a bed), 1 full bathroom w/ a standing shower, 1 washer/dryer, a 55″ TV, a coffee bar, and a private patio.Second Floor:Views Galore! The second floor has a mix between cabin/studio vibes. It 1 king bed, 1 full bathroom with a standing shower, a full kitchen, a dining/living area, a 55″ TV (hidden in the ceiling), automatic blackout shades to ensure a great night sleep, and access to the hilltop patio.Kitchen:The kitchen has a dining table that seats 4. It is also fully-stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, and some pantry staples. We also offer a full coffee bar, stocked with K-Cups for the Keurig or some ground coffee, various sweeteners, syrups, and creamers — because coffee is my love language (or tea if that’s your style)!Hilltop PatioThe hilltop patio has a jacuzzi tub that overlooks the hill country at sunset, an outdoor seating area perfect for starting your day with a coffee at sunrise, as well as an outdoor dining area that seats 6 for those evening dinners.Guest Access:The property is gated and you will be provided with access codes for entry into the property.Other Things to Note:The property is a shared property managed by Waterlust Retreat. While the cabin has approximately 2-acres of dedicated space, the remainder of the property is shared with other rentals (all of which are spread out to give a authentic hill country vibe).Plenty of vehicle parking, to include boats and trailers!
