Stroll the tree-lined streets to venture to near by boutiques, cafes, bars, and restaurants or pick up essentials from the Trader Joe’s. This family friendly space is equipped with in unit w+d, high chair, pack-n-play, and games for both kids and adults!The Space:The interior of the unit begins with a formal entry area, boasting a large double-door coat closet and a fun 1960’s built-in buffet that divides the entry and the formal dining areas. The dining area connects to a spacious living room that features a vaulted and open, a large brick-hearth fireplace, and an expansive “wall” of windows/sliding glass doors that open to the rear patio and provide a wonderful garden view. The unit also features an updated kitchen, tiled counters, and a breakfast bar, and comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The main hallway connects both bedrooms and all of which feature incredibly comfortable beds and black out blinds.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!The Neighborhood:A few miles north of downtown, the Bixby Knolls neighborhood beckons.Along Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, plus a large selection of retail shops. Area attractions include Rancho Los Cerritos, the Richard Goad Theater, and the Long Beach Historical Society Museum.Getting Around:Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.Other Things to Note:Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry.
