Long Term Rental – Lovely, private condo in Ironwood Country ClubModern and up to date garden villa in beautiful Ironwood Country Club – very private end unit with garage parking. The condo features 18′ tile flooring with baseboards, raised panel doors, solid wood cabinetry, slab granite counters, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen and stack washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms and each has it’s own bathroom. There is a twin roll away bed that is suitable for an extra person. The front patio has a gorgeous view looking toward the Santa Rosa Mountains and plenty of morning sunshine. There is also a BBQ on the patio. Mature fruit trees enhance the patio setting. The community pool is just a short distance from the condo.This secure gated community features many beautiful walks and is close to El Paseo with fine and casual dining, great shopping and renowned art galleries. Very conveniently located for all that the desert has to offer.Please note that we are looking for a long term rental. Furnished or unfurnished.Thank you for considering our condo!
