The recently renovated space is flooded with natural light and charm, with gorgeous views over the city and surrounding mountains. Within walking distance to all that Breck has to offer, from ski access to the shops and the free shuttle line, this condo is perfect for a winter or summer getaway!As you enter the condo you will be greeted by a beautiful, and efficient, entryway that features a large built-in coat rack with bench seating and a tall cabinet space for additional storage. Sit down on the cushioned bench seating as you unload your gear in this convenient storage space before heading into the condo to settle in.Directly off of the front hallway, you will come to the master bedroom, a beautifully decorated space with all-white furniture including matching nightstands and a dresser, a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and an attached bathroom. Enjoy taking in the fresh mountain air from the cozy private balcony, where you will find a chair to sit while you take in the views and a string of outdoor lights perfect for enjoying warm summer nights outside. The attached bathroom is a lovely, bright space with gorgeous tile work featuring a single-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a built-in bench.Just around the corner from the master bedroom, you will come to the open-space living/dining/kitchen area. This stunning area of the condo is filled with charming details such as raised ceilings featuring exposed wood and white beams, a beautiful fireplace mantle, and a wall of windows filling the living room area with lots of natural light.Just off the hallway, you will first arrive in the kitchen, an updated space featuring lovely white countertops and light-colored cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an open kitchen bar with two bar stools overlooking the dining and living room. The chef in your group will love cooking in this beautiful space that provides everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes, including all the basic cookware, a toaster oven, and a wine fridge. Conveniently located near the kitchen is the dining nook, so you can easily hand prepared dishes over to the group across the large kitchen bar, or quickly take them to the table. The dining area features a table with seating for six with modern lights hanging overhead and access to one of the private balconies of the condo.Connected to the dining area is the inviting living room. The living room will become your favorite area to relax in with a comfortable L-shaped sectional, end tables with lamps and a coffee table, and windows all around you will find yourself drawn to this space. Snuggle up and watch the snow fall as you warm up by the fire, catch up with the group on the large sectional, or enjoy a movie night from the mounted flat-screen TV. This dynamic space is the perfect hang-out area for your group!Just off the dining area, you will find the second downstairs bedroom, which has double doors that can be opened up towards the open living space. This comfortable room features a king-size bed with a lovely white bed frame, matching nightstands with lamps, a sitting bench in front of the bed, and an oversized rug warming up the space. The room also features sliding glass doors that lead out to a large patio space, where you will find several outdoor chairs and a BBQ. This patio can also be accessed through a door in the dining area. A second full bathroom is located downstairs and features a large single-sink vanity and a tiled shower/tub combo.Head up the stairs to the loft area of the condo where you will find two sets of full over full bunk beds, a dresser with a TV on top, two bean bag chairs, and large curtains for privacy from the open space looking down towards the main level. This spacious bedroom provides plenty of room for people to spread out!STR License Number: 429310002Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire condo and outdoor balcony. Guests will also have access to the pool, hot tub, and a shared laundry facility in the complex. As well as free onsite parking for one vehicle in the underground assigned parking, with the additional two vehicles with passes available on the uncovered parking behind the building.The Neighborhood:This condo is in one of the most desired locations in town, just off of N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a quick ten-minute walk, you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few minutes away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes. Take advantage of this incredible location and make the short two-block stroll onto Main street where you can discover local shops, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, the Breckenridge Arts District, and many other entertainment options you won’t want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. The unbeatable location of this condo ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips!Getting Around:The condo’s unbeatable location makes it easy to walk to many of Breckenridge’s main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and shops. The BreckConnect Gondola is less than a 10-minute walk from the condo and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8, a gateway to plenty of skiing options. The FREE Main Street trolley has a stop just a few minutes from the condo’s front door, the Wellington & French stop, and is a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge, or connecting to the many other public transportation routes at the Main Street Station. Uber/Lyft are always available.Other Things to Note:Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.There is ongoing courtyard renovation, please expect that there will be limited access to the said area until further notice and also expect some noise during your stay.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.House Rules:Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request.
