Enjoy kayaking on Lake Superior at Pictured Rock National Park (which is only an hour away) and/or on our private beach on Lake Michigan’s Big Bay deNoc. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets and have fires on the beach while watching bald eagles fish. Enjoy amenities such as our kayaks, bicycles, corn hole, large yard Yahtzee dice game, and a paddle boat (all included). Or relax in our hammock located next to the shore. Explore cute little local shops or sip wine at the local winery. Many restaurants to choose from only 30 minutes away.Owners providing 3 kayaks, 1 paddle boat and 2 SUP boards your enjoyment in the summer!! Many golf courses are nearby and very inexpensive to play. Each course provides beautiful greens, challenging holes, and hours of fun with your friends and family.Enjoy our 12X30 Deck while grilling (included), sitting on our wicker furniture, sipping a cold drink, while watching the family enjoy the water!In summer, fish or paddle in our kayaks, or swim in the lake. Bring your own fishing poles. At our site, you can wade in the water for many yards before it gets too deep. ATV trails are minutes away!! Or relax in our quiet private beach area. Local wineries are in nearby towns. Explore lighthouses that line the coast of Lake Michigan. Take walks on trails that follow many rivers.In winter, bring your snow shoes, skis, or snow machines and ride on the many trails located nearby. Go ice fishing on nearby Little Bay DeNoc where there are world record breaking walleye, norther pike, perch, and other fish. There is plenty to do and we have guidebooks available as we have done our research!Please note there is no WIFI come ready to unplug, unwind and enjoy all the UP has to offer. There is, however a cell signal booster in the cottage.Please also note there is no garbage pick up. Please take your garbage with you.
