Our townhouse is located in the center of the action, with many of the city’s most desirable attractions a short walk away.Our specific neighborhood is the Orange Loop in North Beach, which is home to several of the city’s most desirable casinos: Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino, and Resorts. Bally’s and Caesars are not far, either.Start your day with coffee from Hayday Coffee, located on S New York Ave, about 2 blocks away or with a yoga class at The Leadership Studio, a block away.The Orange Loop is also home to such destinations as the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall, Rhythm & Spirits, and Bar32, each of which are practically in our backyard. In addition, the famous Irish Pub & Inn is a short walk away, as are an abundance of bars, restaurants, and attractions (like Steel Pier and the Lucky Snake Arcade).Atlantic City is an entertainment-centric town with attractions for everyone. The city attracts big-name stars who regularly appear at its many hotels and theaters. The minibuses operate along Atlantic & Pacific Avenue and make stops at casinos and major attractions in the city, including along Pacific Ave right near our house.For a more historic mode of transport, you can opt to be pushed along the boardwalk in a shaded rolling chair to see the sights from a different perspective – operators charge by the block, with a minimum fare of $5.You can also use ride sharing apps like Uber/Lyft or call a taxi with cars available anytime of the day, or bring along your own car with free or inexpensive street parking available throughout much of the city.Other Things to Note:1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please include them in the Guest Count of your search, and let us know.2) There is one Smart TV in the living room. Please note that we do not have cable TV.3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you’re not engaging in excessive partying.4) Please note that per Atlantic City’s rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.5) Please also note that while fully renovated and modernized, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace.6) We have the entryway scheduled to be fully renovated and beautified. While the space is fully functional it can be a bit of eye sore. We are working to have this fixed within the next few weeks.
