We’ve taken this home and fully renovated it so that you can relax and enjoy all the Upper Peninsula has to offer. You focus your worries on planning the perfect getaway while we’ll make certain that your housing is a clean, beautiful and hassle free; it’s our guarantee! From the living room watch God do his finest work as the sun rises and sets over the Ishpeming Township Recreation Area, where you can enjoy a kid’s park, baseball fields, volleyball courts, and horseshoes. Rather relax? We’ve have a back yard with a fire pit to ease your mind and relax your soul! If you’re an outdoorsman seeking adventure, look no further. Biking, hiking, snowmobiling, ATV’s, fishing, it can all be accessed from nearby. If you like to keep you bike/snowmobile/ORV clean; next door is a cleaning port. Have a large trailer? No problem, pull up and unload in the driveway, it’s large enough to park numerous trailers of most any lengths and it’s all asphalt, so no muddy messes during inclement weather. We also provide a large mudroom perfect for working on and/or storing your road and mountain bikes, snowmobile gear, or whatever else you feel is necessary to keep housed indoors (*coming soon is a work station for your bikes*).This home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and can sleep 6 people. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, the other has a bunk bed. You’ll have access to a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and washer and dryer. You’re fully outfitted with plates, utensils, cookware, fresh towels and linens, and even a gas grill. Your less than 2 miles from groceries, gas stations, restaurants, and a local brewery. Jump in the car for approximately 15 minutes and you’ll find yourself at the Lake Superior shoreline or in the beautiful downtown Marquette. See below for your adventurous needs:Biking/Hiking:• Experience some of the most beautiful and well-maintained mountain/snow biking trails in all of Michigan.
