For a fun day of exploration be sure to check out the town of Dunedin, located just 10 minutes from the home. Be sure to check out the many sights of Downtown St. Petersburg during your stay.Closest Commercial Airport – Tampa International AirportCheck-in:Please check-in at 4pm or after.This house is professionally cleaned between 11am-4pm and checking in early without permission can hinder the efforts of our cleaning service as well as necessary house maintenance.You will be messaged a four digit door code the day of your check-in via the app.Must be at least 25 years old to book.We can provide 2 addition options: Rental Car and Hot tub.This home has a cozy back yard featuring a private jetted HOT TUB. To use it, please make a request. It’s an addition option at an extra fee. Fell free to ask me about it.The use of the jacuzzi not included in the price of the house. Because from our experience, we have a lot of guests who want to save money and are willing to rent our house without the jacuzzi option. That’s why we divide the cost of renting a house and the cost of a jacuzzi. Thank you for understanding.Check-out:Please check-out by 11am.We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm.A $100 fee (per hour) will be assessed for late check out .We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish.Please double check that windows are shut and locked and lock the front door when you check-out.Before check out:Please check the house and do not leave dirty dishes and cooked food in the house. Please empty all trash cans before check out.Please DO NOT take used sheets off of beds. It will be enough if you just leave your beds unmade so we can see which beds were being used. Also, we’ll be grateful if you put all the used and/or dirty towels in a hamper.Please make sure you read the house rules below before booking.Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited/not allowed inside this house.Please clean grill after use as a courtesy to the next guests. If the grill runs out of gas please disconnect the old tank and contact me promptly. We will do our best to get a full tank out to replace in a timely manner however if it’s late night or for reasons out of our control we will replace as soon as reasonably possible.For your safety we have the fire extinguisher and first aid kit.In an emergency please dial 911 for assistance.Pets are not permitted in the house or on the premises. No exceptions will be made.Please no party. A town noise ordinance is enforced from 10:00p.m. through 7:00a.m. Outdoor music and loud talking, or other disruptive behavior, is not permitted past 10:00p.mPlease report any problems, needed repairs/services, or inoperative equipment to me promptly. We will make every effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.Premises shall be used for recreational purposes only in a non-offensive manner. No use shall be made thereof which is unlawful, improper, noisy, or offensive, or contrary. No use our property for business.Please make sure to remove shoes after entering into the our house, because we strive to keep our carpets clean at all times.
