Summary:2nd floor, ON the Golf Course in an ELEVATOR building of the very desirable complex of Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. Very centrally located and only 2 miles to the beach! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.*Pets are NOT allowedThe Space:1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo. 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.*Sheets and linens provided.*Free WiFi and cable TV available.*Pets are NOT allowed.*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.*Towels are provided for showers only.Guest Access:The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.* Pool entry with pool key fob only. You can find the key fob in the kitchen drawer. Please make sure to return the key fob to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.*Washer/dryer available in the unit.*Parking is free.* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.Other Things to Note:*Pool key is photographed before each stay.
