This condo is centrally located near Broadway at the Beach with 350 acres of shopping and entertainment, water parks, miniature golf and restaurant row. The condo is located in the Magnolia Place condominium development within the Myrtlewood Villas area. We are just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there. The airport is just 15 minutes away.We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards.
