This charming 2 bed/ 2 bath house is 1,767 Sq Ft with a fenced yard, located on Stevens Drive, next to the bay and the famous Ringling Museum.In front of the home you will find a nice relaxing area with a small table and 2 special chairs. As you enter the home, you will find a well decorated living room with 1 comfortable white couch for 3 guests, 1 brown armchair, and 1 distinctive black & white stool. Other furniture includes a small table on a black and white carpet, a TV, and a colorful painting. You will enjoy the unique decorative design of the house.The kitchen is located towards the backyard, and is fully equipped for your convenience with a microwave, oven, stove fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes.There is an island with 2 chairs overlooking the kitchen. The dining area is across with a beautiful wooden dining table for 6 guests with comfortable cushioned chairs.On the other side of the house, you can find the 2 bedrooms.The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with white & bright colors, a walk-in closet, blue sliding shutters, a large mirror, 2 beautiful armchairs and a brown and white carpet.You will love the decorative design of the house, that will make you feel right at home.The second bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, a decorative library, and large windows.Both bathrooms have a modern and recently renovated Italian showers, a sink and toilet.The washer and dryer are located in a separate room near the kitchen.The backyard is a great feature! you can access it from the dining area through large doors. It includes a fenced yard, an outdoor table with bench, and several trees.The best features are its awesome wood fire pizza oven and wood fire grill oven. If you’re not feeling too adventurous, there’s a standard BBQ as well.Enjoy this peaceful area surrounded by bamboo style trees and evening lights!Parking: you have one spot available under the carport. You can park on the driveway as well (don’t park on the street)Stevens street is a quiet and residential street. It’s a great location as well! 10 min drive from Sarasota Downtown for dining or shopping and 15 min from the famous Lido Key to relax at the beach!It’s only a 10 min walk from the famous Ringling Museum with the beautiful Ca’d’Zan house, exhibitions, gardens, etc…The bay is less than a 15 min walk away with the Sapphire Shores Park and its beautiful views!
