Lovely 2 BR Condo – near both medical centersCome stay in this newly renovated, two-story townhome located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to both major medical centers and downtown Winston-Salem. This sparkling clean 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath accommodation allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. It has a nice, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances – and even spices- you need to make any meal!You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and a bright kitchen backsplash. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, laundry detergent, and K-cups. In addition, we provide an iron and ironing board. This home also has an office area with desk and chair and its own laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable downstairs. The kitchen, dining area, and a half bath are also located on the first floor. This townhome has two bedrooms upstairs, each containing a queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom located between the bedrooms with a shower/tub combination. If you want to spend time outside, there is a spacious shared patio with an outdoor grill in the back. For those traveling with babies, we also provide a pack n’ play and high chair for your convenience.A small, well-behaved dog (one dog maximum) is allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee paid upon approval. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Cats are not allowed. We will also require that we be allowed to come in and clean every week or two to make sure we can keep allergies for future guests at a minimum. Additionally, we ask that you never leave the pet alone unless it is crated. If we have any complaints of poop not being picked up on the property or any of the unit is soiled on or bitten/scratched- we will give you 72 hours notice to find another place for your pet or leave, refunding your money based on a prorated rate for days stayed.Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.Because the entire home is owned and managed by a seasoned host, you can be assured of a quality experience. We will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided.
