The kitchen beyond the dining area is nicely equipped.At the end of a hall from the living room is the master bedroom with king bed. This room also has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and exposed beams. There is a ductless split unit air conditioner and French doors to a small private deck. Also off this hall is a small bedroom with bunk beds (two twins), a sitting area with sofa and a ladder to the open loft with double (full bed). There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.A staircase from the main living area leads to the lower walk-out level with a bedroom with a queen bed. This room has a ductless split unit air conditioner and French doors to a lovely patio. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer on this floor.A/C: Three ductless split units–one in the living room, one in the first floor master and one in the lower level bedroom.Surrounded by trees, the large 400 square foot back deck has dining tables and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill.
