The open and bright living room with vaulted ceiling and slider to the deck, has a sofa and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Just off the living room is the dining area and a nicely equipped kitchen. A slider from the dining area leads to a screened-in porch on the deck. There is no A/C in the main living/dining area. In addition to the main living area, there is a bedroom with a full bed and a window air conditioner and a bathroom with a shower.The home’s other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and other other bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Both of the second floor bedrooms have window air conditioners. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower.Grill up dinner on the gas grill on the deck. Both the deck and the screened-in porch are wonderful spaces for relaxing and unwinding. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. The naturally landscaped yard has mature plantings and lovely flowers.Comforts include window air conditioner units in the bedrooms, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, screen porch, deck, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.Short drive or bike ride into Wellfleet Center for restaurants, shops and galleries.
