More features include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry for added convenience. Additional sleeping can be found in the living room on a queen sofa bed.Walk down the county pier for great views of the water, or grab a bite at Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, or The Wicked Wheel. Spend a day riding waterslides and lounging in the lazy river at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Pick up souvenirs at Monkey Shack or Sunsations. Rent a scooter and cruise Front Beach Road with the Gulf air surrounding you.THINGS TO KNOWWhile the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella is available to guests.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 5.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
