This bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a quartz countertop vanity.Down the hall you’ll find the remaining two guest rooms. The first bedroom has two Double beds and a flat screen TV. The remaining bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the private deck of the home. The two guest bedrooms share a newly renovated full bath with custom tiled walk-in shower and another vanity with quartz countertop.The home has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a lovely view of the 11 mile lagoon system along with a private pool, grill, dining set and lounge chairs..The beach is a short walk from this home on St. George or an even shorter bike ride. Nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes, the George Fazio golf course is also just a short jaunt away. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, a large pickleball and tennis facility as well as multiple restaurants and an oceanfront bar and grill.
