One bedroom is on the main floor and the other is over the garage (via a interior stairway from the kitchen).A full modern kitchen and a large living area with 48″ flat screen TV.Perfect for a couple, small families, or friend trips. The sand is but 30 ft away with a sandy path access to the beach through the patio.The large courtyard is situated at the end of the cul de sac on Yarmouth Court. There is a beautiful tin roofed pergola, bar height table, seating for 8 amongst the palm trees. There are also two sun loungers, and propane barbecue. Perfect for barbecuing or lounging with a good book. (Patio is shared with the upstairs unit and we do not allow events or parties: please refer to our house rules before booking.)An interior remodel was completed in 2023. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.2 Queen size beds with white 500 plus thread count sheets, down and feather duvets and pillows in all bedrooms.
