From the time you get up, the home will encourage you to get outdoors and relish in the picturesque setting. Spend the afternoon swimming with the kids or just relax in the gazebo and throw in a fishing line. For a short night of entertainment, gather together in the game room. Just a short 20 minute drive to the world famous PGA Golf Course.Enjoy our country home situation on a small shared “Plake”. Our spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Downstairs you’ll find a large master suite with a shower and garden tub in the attached bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find a second bedroom with 2 beds – one full and one single. Just outside the door is the second bathroom with shower. Across the upstairs loft and family space is a guest suite complete with a queen size bed and its own private bathroom with a walk in shower. The large living room downstairs looks out on the spacious yard and gorgeous Plake. Enjoy the sunset from the patio or lounge chairs. There is construction being done on the home next door. The workers are quiet and respectful and the work is only being done Monday through Friday during business hours.
