Enjoy DC like a local, away from the throngs of tourists, yet with easy access to tourist sites, shopping, & dining in this newly renovated garden Petworth apartment. One bedroom (queen bed) and open plan living space. In the living room, the comfy couch pulls out to a second queen sized bed. The complete kitchen was recently installed with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, dinnerware, cookware, etc.. Dining table in the kitchen seats 4, and there’s small work space. Front and rear entrances for your convenience. Coffee/tea provided & other kitchen basics provided. Wifi, Amazon Echo, and TV (Roku w/ cable and to connect to your streaming accounts). Let us know if you’re traveling with kids! Happy to supply travel crib or floor mattress for young kids.Street parking in DC is 2-hours if you don’t have a (zone 4) permit, except for nights and weekends. Street parking in our neighborhood is not hard to find. We have a driveway with space for a compact car upon request, for an additional fee.
