Large living area and dining area.There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Both are smart TVs and you can log into your app or plug in your Roku. The living room TV has minimal cable for local news or music.Full kitchen, BBQ grill, garage parking, WiFi, laundry and more.The pool area is screened in and the pool is heated.There is a security camera with motion activated lights on the front of the house. The front door has a WiFi controlled lock with a camera. These cameras are accessible by the owners only.A professional pool service maintains the pool and a lawn service takes care of the grass. They may stop out while you are there but we will let you know ahead of time.Supermarket, churches , salons, restaurants, or anything you need only a short drive away.
