This 2-story home is situated in a very quiet gated community (Fiesta key).On the main floor: as you enter, you will find a nice cosy breakfast nook on the right, just next to the kitchen which is fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, micro-wave dish-washer, pots/pans etc). The kitchen overlooks the living-room. 2 nice sofa are facing the TV. You will be able to enjoy Free Cable TV and Free Wifi.Upstairs: 3 nice bedrooms: the 1st is a spacious Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, TV and large mirrored dresser. The 2nd has a double bed, closet and drawer unit. The 3rd is great for kids with two twin beds, clost, TV and drawer unit. There is a play-pen for baby.Nice relaxation in the enclosed patio with table, chairs and lounge chairs.Next to the clubhouse is a heated Swimming Pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing, tennis Court and Gym.This house is perfect for families, couples, singles or retirees.
