Description

We are back! This tall brick home was built in 1888 and has old charm with modern features. The location is wonderful as we are less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Park your car in the driveway and you won’t need to use it for the weekend. There is a big front porch with rockers and table/chairs for your meals outside as well as a patio option in the back garden. We have a huge gourmet kitchen with marble counters and a big island for entertaining. Big TV, big sofa. All mattresses and bedding are NEW and super comfortable for a great night’s sleep. Ann Arbor’s downtown is back with great energy. You are 2 blocks off Main Street where they have shut down traffic for restaurants and pedestrians on the weekend.
