Various beaches are also well within your reach, including the white sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico (three blocks away) and the famous Bean Point (one mile northwest). Take a fishing trip to Rod and Reel Pier while enjoying views of the bay, and find plenty of live music and island events on Bridge Street nearby.THINGS TO KNOWPool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
