Additional parking is available adjacent to the Summer House / Venetian Pier. Please do not park additional cars on the road that services the LakeHouses. Violators will be towed at their own expense• Pool towels are provided for pool use only at the Legacy Lodge, and must be returned before leaving the pool area. Towels are not provided for use at the beach or water park – Please bring your personal towels for use!• Please note this is a non-smoking property. If you choose to smoke on your patio/deck, you are liable to the $200 smoking fee if the odor travels inside the house causing the house to require a deep cleaning• Please DO NOT use charcoal in the gas grill. If so, a fee of $200 will be charged to the guest’s credit card for special cleaning of the grill• No noise or parties are permitted after 10 PM• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet, and we will try to accommodate them for $100/pet/stay (2 pets max). Please note that all well-trained breeds under 75 lbs are welcome. Registered guide dogs or other service animals are not subject to the pet fee• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a pre-authorization of your entire stay plus $50.00 per day which will be processed on your credit card• A $5.00/night State Hotel-Motel Fee along with a $37.45/night resort fee will also be collected on-site.
