The highlights of the property are two luxurious bathrooms, one featuring a gorgeous copper soaker-tub, and the other featuring sumptuous marble tiling and a walk-in rain shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with a large variety of good quality toiletries and quality towels.The home comes equipped with most of the things needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, notably a fully-equipped kitchen including a Delonghi espresso maker, French press, pour-over set up, blender, slow cooker, ample pots and pans, a full knife and cutlery set, plenty of dishware, and essential items for meal prep including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a fully-loaded spice rack. There is a also a brand new full-sized LG stacked washer and dryer set in the kitchen.The main living space features lots of comfortable seating, including the dining table, which is an excellent space for working from home. There is also a 55-inch HDTV with a Roku sound bar, as well as a Marshall’s bluetooth speaker, assorted games and puzzles, including family-friendly and adult-themed party games, and a cocktail making set. For guests over 4 people, there is a queen air mattress that can be set up in the living room to sleep an additional 2 people.The principal bedroom features a king bed with a high quality mattress and boxspring, a Brooklinen down comforter and high-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The smaller bedroom has a 12 inch queen memory foam mattress and 550 thread count Supima cotton sheets.The outdoor space is comprised of a private side porch with comfortable seating for four people, as well as a shaded backyard with a table and chair set that seats six, as well as an easy to use electric Weber grill. If you feel like spending the day at the beach, we have everything you need for up to 6 people.Please note that the property is a historic townhouse. The bedrooms are on the second level and the floors are wonky in places. It is not suitable for guests who have mobility challenges.The townhouse is centrally located in downtown Mystic, a 10-minute walk to the Mystic Seaport, Amtrak station, and drawbridge. Parking is on the side street adjacent to the townhouse. There is room for two normal sized vehicles to park. We are not setup to accommodate boats, recreational vehicles, or more than two vehicles total.
