This full size guest house is located within a 2 acre orchard facing the ocean and sunsets.Spacious 2 bed/2 bath guest house is located adjacent to our home. Located on roughly 2 acres, 1500ft in elevation on the slopes of Hualalai in the desirable coffee town of Holualoa. This 1100sqft home overlooks Kailua Bay (KONA). 10 minutes from the airpot, downtown Kona, and Magic Sands Beach. Perfect temperatures year round! You’re in for magical sunsets. Full size W/D. No smoking or pets.This house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a smart tv and its own full private bathroom and a tub. If you like to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need plus a grill just outside the kitchen door. Imagine barbecuing dinner while watching the sunset or sitting outside on the spacious patio enjoying your morning coffee.When you stay in our guesthouse, you won’t need to bring your entire closet to last your whole vacation, or go home with bags full of dirty laundry. There’s a full size laundry room for your convenience.Guests have private parking (up to 2 cars) right next to their private entrance.We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels.
