The home is designed to encourage indoor/outdoor living. The main living room and adjacent dining room open up onto a beautiful patio where a fountain and flowers set the scene for relaxed mornings and afternoons. The kitchen opens up onto a terraced backyard which includes a built in fireplace, grill and kitchen garden – perfect for evening gatherings. The kitchen has top appliances and is expansive with plenty of storage. Mountain views beckon from both the master bedroom suite (king bed) and additional guest room (queen bed) on the second floor. Downstairs, two smaller bedrooms (twin beds) share a full bath. A powder room is conveniently located near the living room.
