A well-maintained deck stretches across the entire back of the home, wrapping around one side into a huge dining area (accommodates 10-12) with party-sized gas grill just a few steps below. Beyond the deck is a sweeping green lawn with the perfect combination: expansive water views with total privacy on either side. Beyond, 182 ft of private waterfront connects you to one of Maine’s cleanest lakes, with a gradual shallow entry that is perfect for young children. Included in your rental fee are a canoe, two kayaks, 2 youth and 2 adult standup paddle boards with room for a motorboat at the dock. Back inside the house, take your pick: water-gazing from the dramatic 2-story living room, meal-making in a huge country kitchen, ping-pong-playing on the “other side” in the game room, complete with a second kitchen and bar.
