Beautiful Patio Home with Open Loft, Remodeled Kitchen, and Central AC!This lovely Susanna Village patio home features central AC and has 2 bedrooms plus an open loft. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed plus a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Up the spiral staircase is the open loft where you will find 2 more twin beds plus a TV with DVD/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area comfortably seats 6. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio furnished with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access.Patio Style with Loft, Central AC, Remodeled Kitchen, WIFI & 6 Pool Passes (Fees Apply)The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants!Saturday to Saturday only.*This property allows you to purchase Pool passes!*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay.
