If you book their vehicle you can avoid the shuttles and lines at the airport rental counters and will only need to walk across the street to your vehicle. You do the same when you leave and avoid shuttles and lines!If you already have a rental lined up they may be able to match your rate. Renting their van is more convenient and they may be able to work with you on the price.
